| 摘 要： | 山区的经济发展受到脱贫攻坚和环境保护的双重压力。绿色循环经济可以在实现经济增长的同时保护环境生态。以四川秦巴山区为例,提出了一个山区绿色循环经济的实现途径:加减乘除模式。加减乘除模式以科技为核心,通过产业调整实现绿色循环经济。加法:通过科学进步,实现垂直产业升级;减法:山区退耕还林;乘法:推动文明进程,提高生产效率;除法:通过科学技术,消除落后生产方式带来的伤害,如修复水土,重新种植有利于生态的作物;并针对四川秦巴山区的特点,提出运用加减乘除模式的政策建议。

A New Path of Green Circular Economy：Adding,Subtracting, Multiplying and Dividing Model of Sichuan Qinba Areas |

| Abstract: | Economic development in mountainous areas is under the dual pressures of poverty alleviation and environmental protection .Green circular economy can achieve economic growth at the same time protect the environment .This study takes Sichuan Qinba Mountain as an example ,and proposes the implementation a new green circular economy model :adding ,subtracting ,multiplying and dividing .The core of this new model is technology upgrade and industrial restructuring . Addition :through scientific progress , to achieve vertical industrial upgrading ;subtraction :mountain foresting ;multiplication :to promote the process of civilization , improve production efficiency .Division:by using science and technology , to eliminate backward production methods of damage ,such as the restoration of soil and water .Based on the characteristics of Sichuan Qinba Mountain ,we proposes policy suggestions for this new model . |
