| 摘 要： | 人才工作是扶贫研究的一个重要问题,研究人员普遍认为应该通过加强人力资源开发来促进产业发展。在精准扶贫的新形式下,人才工作面临新的要求和挑战。对扶贫人才的文献研究进行了总结,从3个方面:扶贫人才意义、扶贫人才理论、扶贫人才引进模式全面回顾了经验和教训。在此基础上,提出基于精准扶贫和新结构主义经济学的人才模式,该人才模式适用于普遍的精准扶贫人才要求。以四川秦巴山区为例子,提出了解决在贫困山区精准扶贫中的人才工作建议。

Talent Model of Precise Poverty Alleviation：A Case Study of Qinba Mountain Areas in Sichuan Province |

| Abstract: | Contribution of talents are the important factor of poverty alleviation ,so researchers generally believe that the development of human resources should be strengthened to promote industrial development .In the new form of poverty alleviation ,talents recruitment faces new requirements and challenges .This study focuses on poverty alleviation and talents at home and abroad ,from three aspects :poverty alleviation and significance of personnel ,personnel work theory of poverty alleviation ,poverty alleviation talent mode .On the basis of this ,this study takes the Qinba Mountain Areas in Sichuan as an example ,and puts forward the suggestions to solve the poverty alleviation of poverty in poor mountainous areas . |
