A Research of Service Transformation Strategy of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Heilongjiang Province

With the constantly changing market conditions, the service transformation of equipment manufacturing industry has become the necessity of boosting its core competiveness. According to the current situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang, the thesis analyzes main factors restricting the trans-formation of equipment manufacturing industry, such as the low industry cluster, poor initiative, and single business model. Based on the above-mentioned aspects, the thesis offers strategic sugges-tions of hastening the service transformation of equipment manufac-turing industry in Heilongjiang. The thesis can be used as theoret-ical guidance for the service transformation of equipment manufac-turing industry in Heilongjiang and its industry development.
