摘 要: | 以玉簪组培苗为试验材料,以LED灯作为光源,进行不同光质的配比组合,研究其对玉簪组培苗的株高、增殖系数、生根的影响。结果表明:红蓝复合光(2RB)处理的玉簪组培苗生长健壮,株高最高,增殖系数最大,生根率高,因此红蓝复合光(2RB)是玉簪组培苗继代增殖和生根的理想光源。

The Effects of LED Different Light Qualities on Growth of Hosta plantaginea |

Abstract: | Tissue culture seedlings of Hosta plantaginea were used as test material, Different combinations were formed by arraying the different light qualities at different proportions based on LED monochromatic spectrum including red, blue and green with fluorescent lamp as the control. The effects of different light qualities generated by LED on growth and physiological characteristic index of Hosta plantaginea were studied. The results showed that the red-blue complex of LED (2RB) light will be the major light source for plant tissue culture of Hosta plantaginea in future. |
