| 摘 要： | 技术创新过程知识的学习可以企业为边界分为两种方式:外部学习、内部学习(个体学习与团队学习)。知识学习的环境(基础环境、组织环境)、内部学习、外部学习都会对企业技术创新能力产生影响,基于知识学习的指标体系设计给企业技术创新能力评价提供了新方法。
