| 摘 要： | 当前我国建筑业存在的信用体系建设滞后、监管不力、建筑企业整体核心竞争力不高及建筑业人才紧缺的问题,直接影响到我国建筑业的可持续发展及其在促进国民经济发展中的重要作用。为实现我国建筑业的良好运行,要加大建筑市场信用体系建设力度和建筑行业的监管力度,进一步提升建筑企业的核心竞争力,同时实施人才兴业战略,加强建筑人才的培养建设工作。

| Abstract: | At present there are many problems in our construction industry,such as outdated national credit system,regulation slack,the whole lower core competence,few talented persons.All these problems directly affect the sustainable development of construction industry and its important role in promoting economic development.To realize the good development of our construction industry it need strengthen the construction of credit system and the supervision of the construction industry,further to improve core competitiveness,implementing talent strategy and developing builder and successor for construction industry. |
