价值生成分析:一个协同效应的理论框架

摘    要:企业处在单点经济阶段,主要是追求规模节省或规模效益,但发展到多点经济阶段,能否实现范围节省或范围效益将关系到它的成败,所以协同效应是一个企业的一体化和多角化战略设计,以及产业链上下游的企业间合作所必然追求的一个目标。本文对前人关于企业领域协同效应的理论观点进行了综述,并指出了现有研究的不足。试图从价值生成的角度研究协同效应,提出了“协同效应=共用效果 互补效果 同步效果”这一基本的理论分析框架,并对资源共用、资源互补和同步协作的实现条件以及其生成价值的方式进行了深入分析。

Abstract:An enterprise would seek scale saving or scale result on unitary economic stage,and would seek scope saving or scope result on pluralistic economic stage which would determined its destiny.So synergism is a target that an enterprise designs its strategy of integration and diversification and cooperates with its upstream and downstream enterprises of industry chain.After analyzing the studies on enterprise synergism which have been done by other people,this paper gives a new theoretical framework from the angle of value creation,which is"synergism=sharing effective implementing effective synchronizing effective",and analysis the condition and the forms how an enterprise obtains synergism by sharing,implementing and synchronizing its resources.
