从集体林权制度改革的理论基础、集体林权制度改革存在的问题、集体林权制度改革取得的成效和对集体林权制度改革研究的其他角度4个方面,阐述了以往学者对集体林权制度改革的研究现状和研究程度,分析了已有研究取得的成果以及存在的不足,并展望了集体林权制度改革这个领域的未来发展趋势,从4个方面来说明集体林权制度改革未来的研究方向。

Literature Review of the Reform of Collective Forest Rights System

This paper studies the relevant documents in the homeland with regard to reform of collective forest rights system,and then analyzes the current situation and degree of the reform of collective forest rights system of scholars of the past. The paper mainly studies reform of collective forest rights system from four aspects:theoretical basis of reform of collective forest rights system,problems of reform of collective forest rights system,achievement of reform of collective forest rights system,the other points of reform of researching collective forest rights system. At the same time the paper com-mentates the literature from the above four aspects. This paper also studies the achievement and insufficient defect of the current documents. At last,this article has looked into the developing trend of this field in the future and illustrated the direction of future research of the reform of collective forest right system from four fields.
