| 摘 要： | 陕西省装备制造业产业集群目前正处于发展的初级阶段。为了更好地发展和培育陕西装备制造业产业集群。应该充分发挥政府和市场两只手的作用。做强做大重工业型（舍军民结合型）的产业集群，壮大龙头企业，促进中小企业的发展；做好产业集群的布局规划工作．创造良好的产业配套环境。
