| 摘 要： | 城市土地置换开发会产生增值收益;文章结合兰州市南河道周边土地置换开发项目,研究了城市土地置换开发收益的构成和收益方式,探讨了土地置换增值收益在理论上的分配,以及现实的分配关系,为我国城市土地置换的合理进行提供了参考。

Theoretical and real sharing of the income are also studied. This paper could provide references for reasonable displacement of city land in China. |
