| 摘 要： | 在社会主义制度下,我国的国有股份制企业的委托-代理关系表现为:全民-政府-控股公司-股份公司的三级代理关系,我国国有股份制企业存在的上述委托--代理关系中既有符合西方经济学重委托代理理论的一面,也有特殊性的一面,需要从具体实际情况出发,抓住问题的关键,研究解决问题的相关对策.

| Abstract: | In the socialist system in China,the principle-agent relationship of state-owned stock enterprises means people-government-holding company-stock company.This relationship covers both general and special aspects.On the one hand,the general is in line with the emphasis on principle-agent theory in western economics;on the other hand,the specialty lies in digging out the key issue from the actual situation and finding out its solution. |
