| 摘 要： | 随着企业经营环境的变化,企业界不断创新出各类先进管理模式,这些先进管理模式的集成性、系统性、匹配性特征决定了其极大的优越性。企业实施先进管理模式的动力取决于决策者、绩效的改善目标、其它企业的榜样作用及竞争压力。其中决策者的经营理念、价值观、风险意识不仅直接影响实施动力,而且还通过其它要素间接影响实施动力。

| Abstract: | Along with the changeable outer environment,many advanced management modes have been created as they are more integrative,suited and systematic.The adoption of these management modes are generally dependant on decision-makers,performance improving objective,beneficial experience of other enterprises and competition pressure.In this case decision-maker's concept of management,sense of value and risk awareness directly affect the implementation of those management modes through the coordinative effect of other elements. |
