| 摘 要： | 对南沙第三产业产业结构运用偏离-份额分析法(SSM)进行评价,得出以下结论:相对广州管辖区域的十区两市而言,南沙区第三产业各产业部门总的增长势头较大,具有较强的区域竞争能力;南沙区第三产业的各产业部门中朝阳的、增长快的产业部门比重较大;第三产业总体经济结构较好,对于整广州地区而言,南沙区第三产业生产总值增长速度较慢。文章针对南沙第三产业的发展现状和面临的问题,认为南沙应该从协调发展制造业和服务业,巩固发展物流商贸业,积极发展南沙的金融保险业,大力发展房地产业几个方面促进南沙第三产业的发展。
