征信体系建设中金融消费者权益保护机制研究

摘    要:
目前征信体系建设过程中,金融消费者权益保护机制存在的主要问题是:金融消费者保护法制不健全,对金融消费者的保护还没有真正纳入监管目标,金融机构由于自身利益驱动损害征信主体权利,金融消费者权益保护宣传教育不到位等。有效征信体系中的金融消费者权益保护机制,应当是行政监管、行业自律、机构内控、个人监督与司法救济等多方面保护机制的有机结合。

Research on Financial Consumer Protection Mechanisms in Credit Information System Construction
Abstract:
At present, the main existing problems for financial consumer protection mechanisms in credit information system construction in China are: imperfect legal protection system of relevant financial consumers, the financial consumer protection having not been really introduced to the regulatory objectives yet, rights of credit information subjects being damaged by financial institutions due to their own interest ~ driven, education being in no place, and so on. The financial consumer protection mechanisms in an effective credit system should be a combination of ad- ministrative relief, and regulation, industry self - regulation, internal control of organization, personal supervision and judicial many other protection mechanisms.
