| 摘 要： | 通过分析旅游产业链的内涵和特点，探讨转型时期我国旅游产业链构建中存在的问题，提出调整旅游产业的行业结构，按照产业链的客观需求配置旅游资源和要素，强化旅游产业链核心企业的作用，加强产业链中各企业之间的合作等政策建议。
