| 摘 要： | 党的十六届四中全会提出构建"和谐社会"的目标,具有划时代的意义。企业社会责任是促进社会发展,构筑和谐社会的基础,企业社会责任使社会走向和谐。本文在和谐社会的哲学思考基础上,指出企业社会责任与构建和谐社会之间的关系,提出了企业参与构建和谐社会的主要措施。

| Abstract: | The Chinese Communist Party put fnrward the aim of constructing harmonious Community, which is an epoch-making policy. Corporate social responsibility is the dynamic of social harmony. With an philosophy analysis of harmony society, the article suggests the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and the construction of harmony society and proposes the measures by which corporate participates in the construction of the harmonious Community. |
