摘    要:以昆明市某住宅作为待估对象,把灰色关联度的分析应用在房地产评估中的市场比较法中,通过让参照物与待估房地产进行关联度计算,来确定与待估房地产较相似的参照物,从而提高评估值的可信性。

Abstract:Using certain residence in Kunming as research subject, grey correlation analysis is applied in the market comparison approach in real estate appraisal. It is used to determine a reference object which is similar to the real estate, and to increase the credibility of evaluation values.
