| 摘 要： | 从利益主体理论入手，针对农家乐旅游的社区参与现状，对农家乐旅游社区提出应用利益主体分析方法，继而结合利益主体理论提出确定社区参与层次的具体定量分析方法，在理论细节研究上试图有所突破。最后，将其应用到西安农家乐旅游社区参与层次的分析中，并提出推进社区参与层次提升的新模式。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of stakeholders, the thesis brings forward the method to analyse the community of farmhouse resorts with stakeholder theroy, and then with the the stakeholders and the level of community participation theroy the essay determines the specific quantitative analysis method. Finally, the thesis applies the method to the farmhouse resorts in Xi＇an, and advances the level of community participation in the new upgrading model. |
