| 摘 要： | 在对现有C2C电子商务物流流程深入分析研究的基础上，提出了一种改进的C2C电子商务物流的运作模式，以求实现C2C电子商务网站、第三方物流公司（或快速公司）、C2C电子商务的买家和卖家多赢的局面，促进我国C2C电子商务物流的快速发展。

| Abstract: | Based the deep analysis on the C2C e-commerce logistics process, we obtain a new operation mode of C2C e-commerce logistics in order to achieve all-win situation among C2C e-commerce websites, third-party logistics companies （or Express）, C2C e-commerce buyers and sellers, then promote the rapid development of China＇s C2C e-commerce logistics. |
