| 摘 要： | 金融国际化和自由化的发展,促使由传统金融工具衍生出来的金融衍生产品不断创新。随着WTO的加入,我国金融市场对外开放程度将越来越高。因此无论从参与国际竞争还是从防范市场风险的角度考虑,发展完善金融衍生产品市场具有重要意义。本文对发展我国金融衍生产品市场的若干问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The development of financial internationalization and liberalization urges the continuous innovation of the financial derivatives deriving from the traditional financial tools. With the participation in the WTO, the level of opening up to the outside world in our financial market is getting higher. Therefore, to improve and develop the financial derivatives market is of far reaching importance either from the angle of taking part in the intemational competition or the guarding against financial risks. This text probes into several questions about the Chinese financial derivatives market. |
