| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,科技型中小企业逐步成为中小企业的中坚力量,对国民经济的发展起到至关重要的作用.但是,融资问题成为其进一步发展的瓶颈.因此,从科技型中小企业的特点、融资结构等角度研究分析,给出合理的对策建议,供实务界进行参考.

| Abstract: | With the development of economy,small and medium-sized technological enterprises have gradually become the backbone of small and medium-sized enterprises,and they are playing a vital role in the development of national economy.However,the financing problem has become the bottleneck of their further development.Therefore,from the point of view of the characteristics and financing structure of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises,this paper gives reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for reference of the practical industries. |
