| 摘 要： | 基于对我国现代物流企业的分析，竞争战略的选择，结合我国现代物流产业的实际，我国现代物流企业的竞争战略主要有低成本领先战略、产品差异战略、集中化战略和国际化战略。文中主要分析这些竞争战略在我国现代物流企业管理的具体运用，以此来指导我国现代物流企业的实践。

In the main text of these competitive strategy in China's modern logistics enterprises in the management of specific applications, in order to guide China's modern logistics enterprises in practice. |
