| 摘 要： | 设施布置设计的好坏直接关系到物流中心以后的经营运作。本文分析了将传统的系统布置设计方法SIP直接应用于物流中心设施布置设计存在的许多不足．进而结合物流中心自身的业务运作特点．在借鉴SLP方法的基础上，提出了一种适合物流中心的设施布置设计方法．并给出了其程序模式。
