| 摘 要： | 美国新一届政府上台后，能源战略发生了巨大转变。2009年6月26日，美国众议院通过了《2009年美国清洁能源与安全法案》，该法案的主要目的是减少美国对外石油依赖、减少温室气体排放、刺激经济复苏。介绍了《2009年美国清洁能源与安全法案》出台的背景和主要内容，提出了推动我国清洁能源发展的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The U.S. energy strategy has undergone tremendous changes since the new administration took office. On June 26, 2009, the House of Representatives passed the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, which aims to reduce America＇s foreign oil dependency, decrease greenhouse gas emissions and stimulate the economic recovery. This paper introduces the background and the main contents of the Act, and puts forward recommendations in promoting the clean energy development in China. |
