儒、道、法与企业家成长之道

本文在总结东西方管理主要经验的基础上，首次提出了中国管理模式的形儒、内道、重法的基本格局，从而在制度创新、人本原则和人力积累，以及市场谋略等三维向量上提出了管理的基本框架。企业家的成长分为三个阶段：第一阶段长悟心，运作市场；第二阶段长理性，学习知识；第三阶段长爱心，感悟伦理。

Confucian Behavior,Taoism Rule,Legalists Method

In this paper,on the basis of summarizing east and west management experience,the author for the first time,presents the basic pattern of Chinese management model--Confucian behavior,Taoism rule, Legalists method.Therefore,the author present the basic frame of managerment from three dimentional vectors--system innovation,human oriented and human resource accumulation,marketing strategy.There are three phases in the growth of entrepreneur:in the first phase,developing savvy,operating market;in the second phase,developing the power of reason,learning knowledge;in the third phase,developing sense of charity,feeling ethic.
