| 摘 要： | 文章根据房地产企业嵌入的网络关系结构,分析了未来房地产企业的利润空间,并依据资源能力理论对房地产企业的能力进行了分类,认为房地产企业整合网络的"软"竞争力是决定企业竞争成败的关键因素,最后对企业培育"软"竞争力提出几点措施.

| Abstract: | Based on the network structure of which the firm embedded,this paper discusses the profit space in the real estate industry,and classifies the capabilities of the real estate enterprise basing on the theories of resources and competences.It suggests that the flexible capabilities integrating network constructs the sustain competitive advantage,which will determine the success or not of competition.At last,it gives some suggestions that help to establish the flexible competence. |
