谈人事档案管理

摘    要:目前,干部人事档案管理存在交接程序不完善、管理手段落后、硬件设施有限、职称评审无纸化与传统人事档案管理方式的冲突、档案材料范围狭窄等问题。随着我国人事制度改革力度的不断加大,在新形势下,为使人事档案的管理工作与时俱进,日臻完善,笔者建议通过档案集中管理、提高管理人员素质、加强基础设计建设、改革档案装订制度等措施,全面提升人事档案管理工作。

Abstract:At present,cadre personnel archives management still has some problems,such as the unsound handover process, the backward management ways,insufficient hardware facilities,the conflict between the title assessment lacking paper documents and traditional way of personnel archives management and the narrow range of archives materials.With the increasing efforts to reform personnel system,in order to keep the management of personnel archives up with the times,the paper suggests that to strengthen the following managements can change the current situation,such as intensive management, improving the quality of archivists,strengthening fundamental design and construction and reforming archives category policy, etc.
