| 摘 要： | 用经济学的基本理论方法对屡禁不止的导游收受回扣行为的原因进行了分析，认为这是目前旅游市场中各经济主体（旅游者、旅行社、回扣提供者、旅游行政管理部门、导游）在各自的约束条件下追求自己利益的最大化而进行利益博弈的结果。并在此基础上就如何解决这个问题提出了初步的建议。

| Abstract: | With the basic theories and approaches of economics, the essay makes an analysis of the endless phenomenon of taking rake-off on the part of tourist guides,finding that it results from the concerned economic agents in the current tourism market,including tourists,travel services,providers of rake-off,tourism administrations and tourist guides,all struggling to maximize their respective interest under their respective condition.Thus the essay provides some suggestive solutions to the issue. |
