| 摘 要： | 2008年以来，房地产投资增幅继续加快，文章从不同角度利用相关数据对2000～2007年房地产投资趋势进行了分析，总结出住宅投资所占比重持续上升及区域投资向中、西部转移两大特征，并结合形势对房地产投资趋向作出了初步判断。

| Abstract: | Since 2008, the real estate investment has increased continually. The article analyzes the real estate investment trend from 2000 to 2007 with the related datum and summarizes two characteristics that the housing investment has increased steadily and the regional investment has moved to the middle and the west of China and finally makes an judgment on the real estate investment according to the situations. |
