摘 要: | 小流域分布区域雨量丰沛,河流源短流怠,极易形成洪涝灾害,小流域防洪避洪规划是防洪减灾工作中的重要方面,临界雨量的计算是规划和防御洪灾的重要指标,而临界雨量的确定应与其洪水中产流汇流时间相对应。

Abstract: | The waterfall is very rich in small drainage areas and it is easy to form floods due to the short-acute rivers. The critical rainfall calculation is the key target of planning and anti-flood and critical rainfall confirmation should be corresponding with the runoff and convergence time. |
