摘    要:人才测评越来越成为各部门招聘选拔、岗位晋升、薪酬设计、培训需求分析等不可缺的重要手段。在实施人才测评过程中要充分发挥人才测评的鉴定、预测、诊断、导向、激励与控制功能,遵循科学原则、人本原则与权变原则。

Abstract:Personnel assessment has become an increasingly important means indispensable to staff recruitment or selection, job promotion, pay design, and training needs analysis, etc. In the implementation of talent evaluation, its appraisal, prediction, diagnosis, guidance, encouragement and control fimctions should be brought into full play, and the scientific principle, people-oriented principle and contingency principle must be followed.
