| Abstract: | Since 2008,the improvement of cross-strait political environment makes the cross-strait industrial cooperation in high-tech industry with breakthrough development,the scope of cross-strait cooperation in high-tech industry continues to expand with further deepening the level of its cooperation.However,the past market mechanism with the absence of government functions can not meet the requirements of cross-strait cooperation in high-tech industry,and gives rise to the demands of innovation and cooperation mechanisms.The author,through the observation of situation of the current cross-strait cooperation,summarizes the content structure and way of running in cross-strait high-tech industry,and on the current defect basis,proposes a new mechanism of cooperation in cross-strait high-tech industry. |
