电子物流联盟研究

非股权联盟是中小物流企业形成一体化服务能力的有效方式,而信息网络技术和电子商务的广泛应用,又使传统的非股权联盟不断演变,形成新型的联盟形式,即电子物流联盟。从电子物流联盟的产生、特点、构成三方面分析了电子物流联盟的内涵;指出功能完备的物流电子商务平台可为电子物流联盟提供良好的应用环境,进而设计了一种基于电子商务平台的电子物流联盟应用模式;最后,以某快递公司以及公共物流平台为例,介绍了电子物流联盟的现实应用。
