| 摘 要： | 分析了Undeland缓冲电路的工作过程及原理，介绍了缓冲电路参数计算方法，最后用仿真的方法验证了电路的缓冲效果。结果表明该电路限定开关器件电压变化率和电流变化率的能力良好，具有功耗较低的优势。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the working process and the principle of undeland buffer circuit, introduces the calculating method of parameter of buffer circult, and proves the effect of the circuit buffer by simulation. The result shows that the circuit is powerful in limiting the voltage and the current change rates of the switch devices and has an advantage of less power consumption. |
