| 摘 要： | 制度安排的选择以他所能带来的生产价值增加大于它的运作所带来的费用而定,这一崭新的思想被称作科斯定理。科斯针对外在经济和不经济,并从产权和变易费用角度提出解决外部性问题不一定需要政府干预,只要产权是明确的,市场会自动进行合理解决。科斯产权理论对我国经济发展在产权的重用性、国企公有制实现制度形式和政府在经济计划性调节中的作用不可替代等方面起到借鉴作用。
