| 摘 要： | 以西方宏观经济理论为依托 ,结合我国的宏观经济运行状况 ,比较了可测因素———宏观经济政策与不可测因素———“SARS”对就业和经济增长的影响强弱与特征 ,给出了面对不可测因素“SARS”的袭击 ,政府为稳定社会、减少失业、增加就业和促进经济发展 ,企业为使损失减少到最小 ,劳动者为在竞争日益激烈的劳动力市场上取胜的行为选择。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the western macro-economics and based on the operation condition of China's macro economy, the essay makes a comparative analysis of the impact of prophetical factor--macro-economic policy and non-prophetical factor--"SARS" on employment and economic growth, giving some suggestions both for the government and the labors to cope with the SARS attack. |
