| 摘 要： | 本文从历史的角度，对金融业发展中的竞争导向及其演变进行了分析。在此基础上，讨论了竞争导向对于金融企业组织形式、分业混业经营及监管模式的影响及其相互关系，并提出了对于当前我国金融业发展的相关启示。
