核心员工的个性化薪酬

摘    要:本文在界定核心员工和薪酬概念的前提下,对核心员工的需求进行了分类,然后利用美国学者特鲁普曼的泛薪酬的理论的十个影响薪酬的因素,有针对性地提出了为核心员工设计个性化的薪酬设计思路。针对每一个因素提出目前比较流行的方法设计出相应的激励措施,最终形成了极具竞争力的薪酬。同时指出企业在对核心员工进行个性化薪酬设计时的注意事项,最后得出结论。

Abstract:This article in limits the concept of core staff and point out that salary premise,must carried on the classification to the core staff's demand, then exudes the salary using American scholar True Pullman's theory ten influences salary factor, had pointed proposed designed the personalization for the core staff's salary. In view of each factor proposed at present quite popular methods design corresponding drive measure, finally the salary formed has had the competitive power extremely. At the same time pointed out the enterprise when carries on the personalization salary design to the core staff the matters needing attention, finally draws the conclusion.
