| 摘 要： | EAP(Employee Assistance Programs,员工帮助计划)是企业为员工提供的一项资源,通过各种方式对员工的工作和生活进行全方位关怀和帮助,以促进绩效提高。中国本土EAP研究成果匮乏,其当前发展与企业的现实需求间还有相当的差距,政府、企业和研究人员等各方面都需对此加大投入。

| Abstract: | EAP(Employee Assistance Programs) is a resource provided by employers to care for and assist employees' personal concerns in work and life on every side so that their performances would be improved.China's EAP research achievements are deficient,and there's a big gap between EAP's current development and the needs of enterprises.Devotion should be enlarged by all parties,including the government,enterprises and researchers. |
