| 摘 要： | 分析了目前各职业院校物流实训建设中存在的问题,并从供应链的思路,提出了一个以需要接受职业教育的群体—职业教育—就业服务机构—用人单位等构成的一个物流技能型人才培养模式,并对此供应链模式下教育的物流实训建设提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the problems plaguing the effort of some vocational colleges in their construction of logistics practical training platform and proposes,from the perspective of supply chain,a professional proficiency oriented personnel training mode that involves vocational training institutions,employment service agencies and employer companies,etc.It then proceeds to suggest some useful ideas for the development of said mode. |
