| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业的技术创新是经济增长的动力和源泉，是构成国家竞争力的重要因素之一。文章从企业生命周期的视角，分析了科技型中小企业在不同生命周期技术创新的障碍，探讨了其适宜采用的技术创新模式，并在此基础上提出克服技术创新障碍和改革技术创新模式的可行对策。
