| 摘 要： | 我国房地产业近几年来取得了巨大成绩，也产生了供应结构不合理和房价上涨太快等严重问题。从人与自然和谐相处、人与人和谐相处以及社会经济和谐发展这三方面对房地产业发展的要求看，政府必须加强对房地产业宏观调控，使这个行业能按构建和谐社会的要求健康发展。

| Abstract: | For these several years,real estate industry in our country has made a huge achievement and also bumped some serious issues such as improper supply-demand structure and constant rise in price at the same time.From the prospective of the requirements on harmonious coexistence between human and nature,man and man and harmonious development in society and economy,the government should enhance macrocontrol on real estate industry to promote this industry a healthy development according to the demands on the construction in the harmonious society. |
