我国私营企业人力资源管理现状与对策

摘    要:本文认为,近年来我国私营企业不断发展壮大,但在人力资源管理上存在许多问题,缺乏人力资源战略管理,管理人员素质偏低,人才机制不活,重使用轻开发,重组织轻个人,人才结构单一,激励机制不健全,注重培训形式和数量,忽视培训内容和质量等。文章提出,为适应全球化时代的竞争,私营企业应建立科学、合理的人才结构;加强管理沟通,提高员工满意度;建立公平合理的激励机制;加强人才的系统管理;实施人性化管理,积极推进企业文化建设,从而突出人才的重要地位,尽快发掘培养人才,提高人员素质。

Abstract:The author points out,while the private enterprises continuously growing,there are lots of problems with its human resources management,for example,the problems of the lack of human resources strategic management,the low level of manager's quality,the inflexible mechanism of human resources,and the lack of incentive mechanism.In response to the competition in times of globalization,the private enterprises should,build up a contingent of talented people;strengthen management and communication;set up the fair and rational incentive mechanism;strengthen human resources management;implement human-oriented management and promote the construction of corporate culture.
