| 摘 要： | 如何建好新校区,影响的因素固然很多,但搞好总体规划设计至关重要。它是学校未来的蓝图,是整个工程施工的基础,更是新校区建设成功的前提和关键。笔者认为,搞好新校区总体规划要注意“三个环节”、把握“六个要点”。
