| 摘 要： | 网络企业通过与承包方建立合作关系的方式引进IT外包战略作为企业发展中新出现的一种战略,已经被越来越多的企业所接受。本文基于国家开发银行IT外包的成功案例,总结了IT外包战略对企业发展的重要意义并针对国开行IT外包中可能存在的问题,结合相关理论及案例实践提出相应解决方案。

| Abstract: | The network enterprises introduce the IT Outsourcing strategy as a new developing opportunity through building the cooperative relationship with contractors,and more accepting for other firms.Based on the successful case of China Development Bank,this article summarizes IT Outsourcing is of great significance for enterprises'development,aiming at the potential problems,combining the relevant theories and practices,proposes the matching solutions. |
