Analysis on performance of fishery surplus labor transfer

Employment is a national development issue and the transfer of the surplus labor is one of the important issues in employment. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the performance of fishery surplus labor transfer, the authors have concluded that the transfer will effect marine fishery and promote the arising of the potential surplus labor force. At last some measures are stated on how to solve these problems.
