收入初次分配中的公平问题研究

分配公平问题是一个重大的社会问题，它直接关系到共同富裕目标的实现，关系到改革的成败，关系到和谐社会的建立。收入分配公平与否、或者说居民收入分配公平程度的高低，主要取决于国民收入的初次分配。当前，我国居民收入在初次分配中存在较为严重的分配不公平现象，直接导致了居民收入差距的不断扩大。调整收入分配政策、加大国民收入初次分配中居民收入所占比重、实现居民收入在初次分配中的公平，是缩小居民收入差距、实现共同富裕的基础。

On Justice Issue in the Primary Income Distribution

Justice issue in the primary income distribution, a great social issue, relates to the realization of getting rich together, success of reform and establishment of social harmony. The fairness is subject to the primary income distribution. The current distribution in our country with clear infirmness results in bigger income gap.
