| 摘 要： | 高等教育资源采取何种模式配置,决定于高等教育资源使用属性、产权属性和高等教育资源的投入动机、调控目的等多方面因素的综合作用。但并非高等教育资源的任一属性都会对高等教育资源配置模式发生影响,高等教育资源的使用属性和产权属性会对高等教育资源配置模式发生影响。
