| 摘 要： | 高校校园文化是高校培养人才的一个十分重要的载体,它包括物质文化、制度和方式文化、精神文化三部分。它具有熏陶作用、规范作用和凝聚作用。加强校园文化建设不仅是素质教育的重要手段,更是时代的要求和高校自身发展的需要,必须全面推进校园文化建设。为此,应切实加强领导、强化队伍、突出特色、科学规划和扎实推进。

| Abstract: | Campus culture in colleges and universities is an important carrier of talents cultivation. It consists of three parts: material culture, system and style culture and cultural life, which has the functions of edification, criterion and cohesion. Strengthening the construction of campus culture is the important means of quality education. What’s more, it is the demand of the time and demand of the development of colleges and universities. The construction of it must be promoted on a full scale. Therefore, we should firmly reinforce leadership, strengthen characteristics, make scientific planning and promote in a down-to-earth manner. |
