| Abstract: | Nowadays the concluding of an electronic contract has become one way to conclude a contract.In this paper,the author mainly discusses the definition of e-contract concluding and the legal issues in offer and acceptance,in particular,the issues to distinguish whether the online Ads and commercial information are offer or invitation for offer.In addition,the author also discusses the the definition the withdrawl and recision of offer and acceptance. |
